This policy explains how our Subscribe & Save Plan works and how to change or cancel it.
What is the Subscribe & Save Plan?
The Subscribe & Save Plan is a subscription. When you choose the Subscribe & Save Plan on our product page, you're signing up for repeat deliveries, and you'll be charged automatically for each delivery until you cancel.
- Your first order is charged at checkout. It may include an introductory discount or free gifts, shown at checkout. These apply to your first order only.
- After that, we charge the card you used at checkout and send your next delivery at the prices and frequency below. Delivery is always free.

- There's no minimum commitment. You can cancel at any time.
How to skip, pause, change or cancel
You can manage your Subscribe & Save Plan yourself at any time, without needing to contact us:
- Log in to your account here, or click "Manage subscription" in your order confirmation email.
- Choose to skip your next delivery, pause, change your products or delivery frequency, or cancel.
To stop your next delivery, make the change before your next billing date. You can see your next billing date in your account and in the reminder email we send you 3 days before each renewal.
If you'd rather we did it for you, email alex@elavate.com and we'll cancel your plan straight away.
Charged for a delivery you didn't want?
If you're charged for a delivery you meant to cancel, email us within [14] days and we'll cancel your plan and refund that order in full. If it has already arrived, please return it unopened.
